Can I pour boiling hot liquids into the jar of my Philips blender?
No, you must not pour very hot ingredients into the blender jar as it may damage the jar and its accessories. If you want to pour ingredients, like boiled spinach for pureeing, into the jar, first let the ingredients cool down to a temperature of less than 80°C / 175°F to avoid damaging the appliance.
How to add ingredients when my Philips blender is running?
You can add liquids through the small hole in the lid. When you want to add solid ingredients, switch the blender off first.
Foam is coming out of my Philips blender.
You put too much in the jar. When processing foaming ingredients, do not fill the jar above two thirds of its overall capacity.
