Directions on usage:

For hot liquids, before closing the lid, always allow it to release the steam pressure so that the lid can be closed properly thus avoiding water spillage.

Why are my drinks not cold/hot for the duration as advertised?

The advertised ‘24hrs cold and 12hrs’ hot are tested in controlled environments. Subjected to an individual’s lifestyle and environment, the surrounding temperature varies, and as such will affect the potential of the product. If the user constantly opens and closes the lid, the temperature will be affected largely too. If the rubber seal is not fit properly or is misaligned this will affect the performance of the product as well.
