Tips before use:
1) Pour half a pot of water and heat the pot for approximately 10mins.
2) Off the fire and let it cool down, then pour out the water. Use a clean cloth to wipe.

4) Place it in a ventilated place for 12 hours before use.
NOTE:
1) The cookware is made of 5 layers of stainless steel & aluminium material which has fast thermal conductivity & preserves heat. Medium to small fire can give you the same result as a big fire to regular cookware.
2) Strictly do not use high fire while cooking as it will shorten its lifespan.
3) If the oil splashes at the pot's side and causes yellowing, it should be cleaned while it is hot, as it is not easy to clean after the pot turns cold.
4) Please wash and dry it after use. If you don’t use it for a long time, you can wipe it with cooking oil and store it in a ventilated place.
How can I achieve a non-stick effect when cooking foods that tend to stick to the pan, such as fried fish, chicken wings, steak, or fried shredded pork?
To achieve a non-stick effect, two key factors come into play:
a. High-density steel: Opt for cookware made from high-density steel as it naturally produces a physical non-stick effect, making it easier to cook delicate foods like fried fish, chicken wings, steak, or fried shredded pork.
b. Mastering oil temperature: The key to frying on a non-stick pan is maintaining the right oil temperature. Adequate heat ensures that food doesn't stick to the surface, providing a smooth cooking experience.
Why does food stick to the pan while cooking?
There are several reasons why food might stick to the pan during cooking:
a. Low temperature: If the pot and oil temperature are too low, the food's surface may adhere to the pan.
b. Moisture content: Cooking frozen or wet food directly without properly defrosting or drying it can lead to sticking.
c. Unclean pan: A dirty or poorly maintained pan surface can cause food to stick while cooking.
How can I prevent food from burning while cooking?
To prevent food from burning while cooking, follow these steps:
a. Marination: Avoid excessive use of sugar, soy sauce, or minced garlic in marinades, as they can cause the food to burn.
b. Heat control: Always cook on low to medium heat to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
Can a magnet be used to identify stainless steel?
Using a magnet as a test for stainless steel quality is not reliable. Different types of stainless steel contain varying ratios of added metal elements, determining their physical properties. For instance, 430 stainless steel is magnetic, while 316 stainless steel is non-magnetic, yet both are stainless steel varieties. Therefore, magnets cannot be used as a reliable method for judging the quality of stainless steel.
By considering these tips and understanding the factors contributing to a non-stick effect, you can enhance your cooking experience and enjoy delicious meals without worrying about food sticking to the pan.
