Trentios True HEPA Air Purifier

Trentios Singapore SGT-AP201 is 2nd generation of Trentios Air Purifier. Studies claim that Cylindrical Shape’s air purifier has Better Airflow, because 360° has no hidden spot. Dust particle can flow into the air purifier from every corner, and this is one of its unique selling point.

The size of this Trentios Air Purifier is 2X more compact than its predecessor. This purifier has a Light Body of just 1.6KG, like one bag of sugar. It comes with a changeable 3-Pin DC Plug, a 3-in-1 HEPA filter, and it is very easy to set up. With User Friendly Design in mind, the user interface is extremely Simple to Operate. To control, just touch the button lightly.

You can control the Fan Speed up to 3 Levels. It produces Low Noise Level, even at the Maximum speed, the Noise Level is still Less Than or equal to 50 Decibel (dB). It is a Low Power Consumption appliance, it can power up with just 16W of current, and hence it is also considered as Energy Saving. Turning it on daily won’t have a hike to your electricity bill. If any sound in your room can give you a sleepless night, you can set it to Night Mode, this air purifier will continue to Serve You Silently at your bedside. To activate night mode, 3 seconds touch on the fan icon. Touch any other buttons to exit from night mode. One of the Notable Feature of it is, it comes with Warm White Night Light. Trentios Air Purifier has Advance 4-Stage Purification Technology, which is in combination of Pre-filter, HEPA Filter(High-Efficiency Particulate Arresting), Activated Carbon Filter and Ionizer. The 1st layer of 3-in-1 High Performance Filter lays the Pre-filter. It Traps Larger Particles like hair and sands. By trapping these particles, it can help to protect the inner HEPA filter to achieve Longer Filter Life Span.

Not all HEPA filter are manufactured to the same high international standard. Have you heard of “True” HEPA filter? To be considered as True HEPA filter, the filter needs to filter out 99.97% of Airborne Particles down to 0.3 microns in size, or what we called PM 2.5(Particle Molecule). As defined by the United States Department of Energy, it is the tiniest particle size to get into our lungs. To help you understand the size of a micron, we are actually unable to visually see anything less than 10 microns. Trentios air purifier also has Child Lock function to Prevent Kids from touching the buttons. Hold the “Power” icon for 5 seconds until the unit bleeps once. This will lock the controls and prevent kid to adjust the setting. The lock can be removed by holding the button for another 5 seconds.

Under normal use, Trentios Singapore Air Purifier (SGT-AP201) is suitable for most Singapore HDB bedrooms. This air purifier’s CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) is 47 Cubic Foot per Minute (cfm) or 80 Cubic Meter per Hour (cmh). The higher the CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) the larger room size it can clean. Studies show that CADR should ideally be two-thirds of the room size.

Filter life time is about 12 months, it depends how long you use per day. When the machine is working and the indicator of speed turns to flash, it means filter life time comes to the end, you are recommended to replace the filter. After the replacement, long press the light button and hold it more than 5 seconds until you hear the buzzer, the speed indicator turns to long light, the machine starts to record the filters using time.
